02Puerto Natales to Base of the Towers and Sector Torres
Hiking time 8-10 hours. 21km/13 Miles and Elevation Gain of 1174m/3851 ft

After a couple of hours, we reach Refugio Chileno, a perfect spot for a short rest before continuing our journey.
From here, the trail winds through a beautiful lenga forest, providing some shade before we begin the final and most challenging section - a steep climb over rocky moraine. The effort is rewarded as we arrive at the breathtaking Base of the Towers viewpoint, where the iconic three granite spires rise dramatically above a turquoise glacial lake. We'll take time to soak in the views and enjoy lunch before making our way back down the same trail. Upon returning to Sector Torres, we settle in for a well-deserved rest, reflecting on the incredible day of hiking.
